An expressive Sauvignon blanc with a light straw color. Pungent notes of lemongrass, green melon, and hints of kiwi, compliment the refreshing acidity, which tightly knit these fruit layers together. A remarkable expression of this unique terroir.

The most beautiful farm in Darling, with pristine vineyards. This manicured dry land vineyards will make any grape grower jealous. Like soldiers at Buckingham palace each row is standing up straight with the shoots neatly tucked to their sides. The cool sea breeze in the afternoon exuberates energy in the vineyard. The bunches are compact, and the berries are filled with joyful Sauvignon blanc flavors.
