CAPE DISCOVERY
Nestled on the southern tip of Africa is the fairest Cape, home to Table Mountain and the Cape Peninsula that brings two oceans together, the cold Atlantic and the warm Indian. As much a landmark as the mountain, are the world-class wines of this coastal region. Raise a glass and toast to one of the most beautiful places in the world. We created the Cape Discovery range to pay homage to the founder and forefathers of those who landed at the Cape of Good Hope on 6 April 1652. Jan van Riebeeck was tasked with establishing a refreshment station for the VOC ships (the Dutch East India Company) on route to East Asia. This became known as Cape Town – The Tavern of the Seas.
