The Pledge Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a classic expression of Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon, with a fine balance of power and finesse. The wine displays a deep ruby colour. A beautiful expression of bramble berry and blackberry compote with infused graphite. Velvet smooth tannins with perfectly judged use of oak, that respects the fruit.
